There is no valid reason for a dog to spend 13 years in a shelter, especially if it is poor.
Sam, a 13-year-old German Shepherd, had spent his entire life with his beloved owner. Unfortunately, when his parent deployed to the Navy, they had to surrender him to a shelter, which was devastating for Sam. Due to his age, no one was interested in adopting Sam, and the shelter made the decision to euthanize him to make room for new dogs.
However, a 93-year-old Navy veteran named George Johnson appeared like an angel and decided to adopt Sam from the shelter, providing him with a forever home. Having had a German Shepherd before, George was looking to adopt another one.
When George saw the adorable white German Shepherd, Sam, it was clear to him that he was the one. Sam is a very loving and friendly dog.
It is never too late…!
Thanks to this kind man, the last part of Sam’s life will be filled with happiness. I want to express my gratitude for your services and for rescuing Sam. It’s heartwarming to see that you both have rescued each other from loneliness and given each other much-needed companionship!
I am thrilled for them and pray that they have many good years together…
May the Lord bless and keep both of you healthy and full of love.
